your home, get our

'40 Top Tips Guide'.

1.  More Serious Buyers

People are busy with holiday activities during this time of year so the showings you do get are people looking to buy.  There are also a lot of work transfers at this time of year so again, you will have more serious buyers on the hunt.

2.  Less Inventory

A lot of people take their house off the market during the winter months.  That means if you leave yours on, there is less competition and more people looking at your home.

3.  Cozy Winter Feeling

People will walk in and see your home decorated with candles, a Christmas tree and lights and picture themselves living in your house.
